Our Wines
Your wines are affordable — but are they good?
Absolutely! Every bottle on our site is carefully hand-picked and personally vetted by our team — from our in-house wine expert to the everyday wine lover. If it made it onto our (virtual) shelves, it's earned its place.
Which wine should I choose?
You're in good hands whichever bottle you pick! If you need more help, we have a wine quiz that will help with that.
If you'd like a personal recommendation, just drop us a message on WhatsApp — we're always happy to help you find the perfect match.
There is mould on the cork. Is the wine still fine to drink?
Don't be alarmed! Some of our wines are back vintages, and a little mould on the cork is perfectly normal — it has absolutely no effect on the wine inside.
That said, older corks can be more fragile, so take your time when opening and pour with care. Cheers to a good bottle!
Shipping
Does my order qualify for free shipping?
Great news — we absorb the delivery fee for all orders HKD$500 and above, so you can stock up without the added cost. No hidden delivery fees for outlying islands, we cover it all.
For orders below HKD$500, a flat HKD$100 delivery fee applies.
What is your return policy?
We want every bottle to reach you in perfect condition. If your wine arrives damaged or has gone bad, please reach out to us on WhatsApp and we'll make it right.
We're unable to accept returns outside of these circumstances — but we're always here to help if something isn't right.
Where do you deliver to in Hong Kong?
We deliver across Hong Kong via SF Express, including areas like South Lantau and Discovery Bay. No hidden delivery fees for outlying islands, we cover it all.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your SF Express waybill number.
You can track your package anytime via the SF Express mobile app or their website.
How long does delivery take?
We know you're excited for your wine! Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. We'll do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Can I have my order sent to someone else or to another address?
Of course! Simply enter the recipient's name and delivery address under "Shipping Address" at checkout and you're all set. It makes for a lovely gift too!

Do you offer discounts?
We price all our wines to give you the best possible value from the get-go. Plus, purchase over HKD$800 and get 20% automatically in your cart — so you can shop with confidence knowing you're always getting a great deal.
